What are the differences between a CD jewel case, poly case and a clam shell case?

CD jewel cases are the standard cases for music for a very long time. CD jewel cases offer space for you to put your cover art and insert in the front and back.  The down size is that it is very easy to break.

Poly cases are cases that is "NON-BREAKABLE", so you can use it to mail out CDs or DVDs to friends and families.  A poly case offers space for you to put your cover art or insert into the front and the back of the case.

Clam shell cases are also "NON-BREAKABLE". In a clam shell case there is no space for cover art or insert at all.
